Web Designer - Dustin Gannon
Dustin Gannon has been dabbling in Web Design since the days of HTML 1.0. In the mid 1990's Dustin and his family were stationed at the Marine Corps Air Station in Iwakuni, Japan for six years. During that time they only returned home twice. The family began to feel Dustin and his wife were essentially holding the grand kids hostage. Dustin downloaded a ten page generic text book on HTML. With in just a few hours he had his first web site up showing new pictures of the children for all the family to see.
Web design has been a hobby of his ever since. While pursuing a degree (on a half time schedule) in Computer Information Systems, Dustin noted that he kept selecting elective courses more closely associated with Web Design. When PCC developed an actual degree program in Web Development and Design, Dustin began to contemplate a change.
Dustin made the change in late 2012. He has already earned his Website Development & Design Web Assistant I certificate.
